School Photo's

I could not believe this years photos. I know the boys have grown but seeing there school photos, I was sad because they looked so old. I was happy because they all came out great. And I was laughing because of their adorable faces. Trent 3yrs in Pre-School.
Mason brought this home today. Every day I am amazed by what he is learning and how well he is doing. His teacher is the best, she even wrote a note on the back for him. He just loves her to pieces, Im pretty sure she gets more hugs than me!
Here is his picture, this one makes me laugh. He has grown the most over the year, his face has thinned out and eventually I might have to stop calling him baby....nahhh. I love this smile!
Mason 5yrs Kindergarten.
Here is Eric's picture, probably one of the best he has ever taken. He's actually smiling, even if it is only halfway...lol.

Valentine's Day

Happy Belated Valentines Day! Just wanted to share pictures of my cutest valentines. Although I tend to hate stuffed animals because we have way too many.....and I never get rid of them because they are all "special", I still couldn't resist these for V-Day, and the boys loved them too!

There was a crop over at PersonalScrapper.com and I actually finished all 15 challenges. I didnt post them all...I dont think, but I posted most of my favorites.

I loved this pic of Mason, he was of course "posing" for me with that sweet smile. He really is such a sweet emotional child.

Trent in his all to serious "Im going to fight the world" look. One of my alltime favorites layouts I think....for now.

These are pics from vacation when we visited bounce land. I had to buy socks and run through all the inflatables to get Trent to go, hard to tell by looking at his face!

Me and my Auntie Tonyia.....love ya.

Mason on vacation getting his first "tatoo".

This was a ribbon challenge, it was fun and simple.

My brother Cole & Amanda with baby Braycin.

For this layout the challenge was to do something funny. Its hard to see but Mason has snot coming out of his nose. Okay so after I showed him this he said"Mom, I dont like it, do it over. You could have gotten me a kleenex"....sorry kiddo...I love you.

12 weeks went by fast!

Wow, this last 12 weeks really fly by. It was stressful being home with the children all the time, and not getting to even talk with Andy that much, but I know it was also stressful for him too. He crammed in alot in 12 weeks. He did it, and here are some graduation pictures! His father was able to hand him the award.

Like father like son!

I should have known better than to take pictures in front of this banner, but after graduation it was a little crazy, and Im just glad I got the picture. And no I am not pregnant either, that shirt is pretty, but obviously not very flattering! And neither is the lighting, my hair is not red. lol

The boys are so proud of Daddy, they came home and have been playing cops for days now, I should have added a picture of that. Glasses, belts, guns, vests, handcuffs, you name it they are wearing it. It has kept them busy. I hope graduation will be something they always remember. They were really good and found all the police officers fascinating.

Jerry, Andy, and his friend Darrick. Im glad he came, it meant alot to Andy.

Here are some pages I have done recently.

Our ice storm, that took out the electricity for days. Luckily just off & on for us, the most was 4 hours I think.

Little T's pre-k class. He's batman on the left, hence the arrow.
Thanks for looking, hope everyone is doing well and staying warm!

So....its been awhile!

Okay so to start this crazy long post...yes sorry If you fall asleep. I am trying to cover the last 2 months in one post. Not really a good idea. Anyways I have to start with some layouts.

We finally got our new couches that I have patiently been waiting for, since they came in damaged then placed on back order. They were worth the wait, so soft and comfortable. And now there is enough seating for everyone. I love that I can sit next to Andy now in the loveseat, glad I got that instead of a reclining chair. The best part is all the ends recline. It is bliss!

Okay as much as I didn't really enjoy dealing with the week long ice storm and the lack of electricity every now and then I couldn't help but take a few pictures. It was very beautiful!

And I rearranged the front room, it is such a multi-purpose room. It now holds my crafts the computer desk, the kids toys and I moved the old couch out there, so they can watch movies out there too. I even set up a little craft table, and all my old supplies. It has kept them busy.

Spent a couple days volunteering at school. We had tons of fun making cookies, decorating gingerbread houses and I even had a flour fight...but don't tell the teachers...lol

Yes, he really is insane!

There was more christmas picks of course, but I just loved this one of T and his train set. He just looked so cute in his robe.
And the best Christmas present of all was a new nephew Braycin Carver Hiller born Dec 23. I visited Friday and couldn't help taking just a few pictures. He is absolutely perfect!

Isn't he just the most kissable thing, look at those lips!
You cant tell they are happy, can you.lol

Okay enough for now, thanks for looking!

Announcing Deputy Rork

Journaling reads "These are just a few of the emotions we have felt since the reality of your dream finally becoming true. Oct 9, 2008. It was the day you got the call from the chief, you are cleared, plan on going to the Academy Oct 26th. I am so happy that you tried & tried again for 5yrs. It has finally paid off. You are on your way to fulfilling your dreams. I'm proud of you."

We both can't believe it is truly happening, Andy has a job with Livingston County Police provided he passes all classes...which I have no doubt he will. He will be leaving at the end of the month and he will be in school for 12 weeks, he is allowed to come home on the weekends. We are both elated, but I think Andy is just tired from all the emotions of this process. He has already jumped through many hoops to get here and has many more to come. It will be such an amazing life change for our whole family. And of course the boys think its pretty cool!

Trent on vacation getting his first face painting!

The pic says it all, we got this car when Mason was still in the womb and now look how big he is and it is FINALLY paid off. I wanted to scrap this car, we have raised babies to boys with this car. It has taken us speedily to the ER with both pregnancies it took us diligently to see our baby every day in the NICU all the many appointments after that. It seems so silly to get so sentimental over a car, but you really have to appreciate the reliabilty. I just hope it keeps continuing to be reliable, beacuse we sure can't afford another!........but I guess If we have any more ER visits we can just use Andy's patrol car and hit the lights and siren......he..he...just kidding honey!

Our New Addition.

Here she is, one of the most adorable kittens ever! This is our new girl Zoey, the ratio between girls and boys is now equal. (Even if they are all animals, it still counts!) She is the sweetest thing. She loves to sleep on my chest, right under my chin. It doesn't really work with Andy though, he doesn't have much to hold her up! he..heee
Last weekend I went with some friends to the Women of Faith Convention in Indianapolis, IN. We had a blast, we left Friday and didn't get back home till Saturday night. It took a couple days to catch up on sleep. Those crazy girls had me eating pizza and swimming at 2 in the morning! We managed to get maybe 2 hours of sleep. The Convention was great as usual. It was spiritually rejuvenating and fun. If you have never heard of Anita Renfroe you need to check her out on YouTube. She is AMAZINGLY hilarious! I loved Nicole C. Mullen, she is pure talent from God. All of the women are, but mostly I love just being able to spend a weekend with Tracey & Kristy. We don't get to do much together, but it is always full of laughs when we do. Thanks for the great weekend girlies!

A lot to late!

Okay, so 2 weeks later I am finally posting a few pictures of our vacation. We went to South Haven, Mi. Stayed in a house for a week and spent most of our time at the beach. It was the most relaxation we have had in a long while! This first pictures was when we went blueberry picking. The boys had so much fun!
Trent's first touch of the water on his feet and he went running.....it was a tad bit chilly!
Trent's favorite thing, building sand castles. He never even went in the water....I was thinking of turning our backyard into a big sand pit.
Mason's first inking, for some reason the kid is just not into letting other people paint on him, but he was happy afterwards.

They had the biggest and best park there. We had a blast and it seems so far gone already, now that we are back to our hectic life. I have tons more pictures and scrapbook pages that I have done, I will try to post again soon. Thanks for looking and I hope everyone is having a good summer!
