A little thank you gift.

So I know I said I would do a drawing for a thank you gift for everyone one who helped by sending cards for my SIL. The winner is Mimi Leinbach! I am sending you this set of 3 rollers from Glitz design. I bought a set for myself and have been using them on everything! I do wish the stamp image went completely around the roller though! I will send those out asap!

I have gotten the pleasure of watching my niece & nephew this weekend. I just did a little photo shoot my niece. she is the cutest thing and knows it! I have to share this picture, I love it so much I will probably scrap it tonight! Maybe I will actually get to use flowers!

Twisted Sketch #39

Well another great sketch from Twisted Sketches! Here is my take on it, the twist is fabric. The green star's are fabric from a Color Me Daisy kit. I put glue on both sides and let it dry and the next day I was able to punch it easily!

My husband says all the time that he has "skilz", lol, so I had to use this slang with this cute picture!

My First Ezine!

I havent blogged in a while. I have gotten some scrappin done, but I am savin some layouts to submit for the Memory Makers Book. If you havent heard you should check it out. They are accepting I think 500 new never before seen layouts, due March 15.

Anyways just wanted to toot my horn a little. I am in Scrapbooking.com Ezine this month. I am also Guest Designing at Scrapbook Challenges this month, so I should be posting some new layouts soon! But I will find something to post, gotta have some eye candy I know! Well these are all layouts I did awhile back, but I still love them. Who couldn't with such adorable pictures. Twisted Sketches #37

Hey all, Twisted Sketches #37 is up. The twist is "wood", whatever way you can think of. I immediately thought of this cork paper that I have had forever and loved it! I stamped the title and cut it out. I did attempt to use my cricut but it is too soft and just tore, but I'm glad, I liked this font better. You must hop on over and check out the other layout's. Scrapbook Challenges #182

I did this layout with a sketch from Scrapbook Challenges. I loved the star...wonder why!

I was pretty excited to work with Color Me Daisy Febuary Kit. It was beautiful! I knew I wanted to scrap this pic of my bff and her adorable girls. She definitly doesnt fit the pretty in pink theme, so I knew all this black & red would be perfect!

I just wanted to tell everyone thank you so much from the bottom of my heart for all the cards! I felt so blessed by all the love I received from each and every one of you! Kristy was so thankful also! I had almost 40 cards with more people wanting to send some. I never expected so much. Thank You!
I really am still planning on doing a Rak, but I live out in the middle of nowhere, and have not been anywhere to buy anything fun! I get a little carried away when I get to actually go into a LSS, so I need to make sure I have money before I go! lol

Twisted Sketches #35

Well I did have a story here about my cat, but some "anonymous" got their panties in a bind and decided to leave a big lecture in my comments so I removed it. I just don't understand why people who have different opinions cant mind there own business or atleast inform people maturely, instead of being mean and nasty. Do they really think they get their point across by being a ugly person?!

  She loves to sit on top and chase the mouse around. Really annoying but still cracks me up! This was my first sketch I did as a DT member at Twisted Sketches. I used up a old kit from Personal Scrapper. I don't know how I had it so long cause I love this October Afternoon line.
